Background

Mrs Veronica Sichone is a qualified Legal practitioner with 7 years post qualification experience across the Zambian legal sector. She is skilled in commercial and civil litigation with experience in corporate legal work, banking and financial services, securities law, insurance and debt collection. Prior to joining Gralix, Veronica was the Law Reform and Enforcement Manager at the Securities and Exchange Commissions and was responsible for enforcing compliance of capital market operators, managing the legal reform process as well as the introduction of new legislative measures in the Zambian Capital Markets.
